An Exciting Food Puzzle Toy For Your Cat or Dog

A Snuffle Mat uses your cat’s/dog's natural ability to snuffle and root around to search for things using their sense of smell. Their snuffle mat will provide lots of stimulation as they search for kibble or treats that you have scattered in the mat. Mental stimulation can be tiring for your cat/dog, so using a Snuffle Mat can wear them out and help them relax!

Our Snuffle Mats come in two sizes: 14" x 14" (36cm x 36cm) and 14" x 24" (36cm x 61cm)

Our Snuffle Mats are made entirely of washable materials (fleece and yarn). Thus the mats can be machine washed and dried.

How to use the Snuffle Mat:

Put the Mat on the floor or carpet.
Start out by scattering a few treats on top of the mat so that your cat/dog can easily find them.
Next time scatter the treats then lightly brush the mat so the treats fall into the fleece.
For cats, you may also scatter catnip on the mat and watch them roll around on it.
As with any toy, please monitor your cat’s/dog's interaction with this toy to make sure they are using it appropriately.
Do not let your cat/dog chew on the mat.
Not a child’s toy.
Use only with adult supervision.

Washing instructions:
Place in a laundry bag and machine wash on gentle cycle. Dry on low heat.

It is important to wash the mat regularly as the material will gradually absorb the smell of the food/treats. This may cause your cat/dog to chew on the fleece strips.
